  • This 75-minute Mindful Creativity Class is packed with fun and engaging Movement and Art activities. Together, we'll explore our creativity through playful exercises that combine yoga-inspired movement with imaginative art projects. Children will engage in gentle stretches, fostering both physical and emotional well-being, while also enjoying hands-on artistry that sparks joy and expression. Each session is designed to cultivate mindfulness, helping children tap into their creative potential while promoting relaxation and focus.   • Join us for kids classes at Yoga Among Friends! Our Yoga for Kids classes are just that - kid-friendly! This program empowers kids of all abilities through yoga.

    Our fun, playful classes are focused on attentive breathing, interactive asanas, and calming practices. Yoga essentials are incorporated to encourage healthy habits, concentration and memory, limber bodies, and sleep-filled nights.

    This is a class that offers children freedom from curriculum and competition where creativity, confidence, and courage can flourish. It encourages them to explore their own emotional and physical capabilities and enjoy the peacefulness of relaxation.

KIDS YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASSES

Kids (6-8)

Engaging and dynamic classes with fun themes and games to introduce children to mindfulness.

Tweens (9-12)

Children learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and other mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and find balance.

Teens (13-18)

More advanced yoga poses and mindfulness techniques are introduced to help teenagers manage their emotions and self-regulate.
